3 Steps To Better Skincare

1. Wash Your Face 2x/Day

You need to start washing your face with a daily cleanser (face wash) two times per day. Once in the morning and once at night before you go to bed. 

It'll start your day looking fresh and leaving your skin looking and feeling much healthier.

It helps eliminate all of the bacteria, dirt, and debris you get from your bed, and around your house to everything you experience throughout your day.

2. Always Follow Up With A Daily Moisturizer

Guys, you need to start moisturizing! 

First off, it makes your skin extremely healthy to moisturize it.

No more crustiness gentlemen! Dry skin gives off the impression that you aren't taking care of yourself, and shows you don't care.

Throw some moisturizer on your face after you wash it to have you looking amazing before you start your day.

Moisturizing at night before you sleep helps your skin recover and replenish itself!

3. Exfoliate 2-3x/Week

Exfoliating is probably the biggest thing most guys ignore in their morning skincare routine.

Using an exfoliant helps get all of the skin impurities and clogged pores out of your system.

However over-exfoliating can really irritate the skin and cause it to be red for the rest of the day, so remember to not do it every day and use it only about 2/3x per week depending on your skin. 

For guys with oily skin, it might be best to do it 3x per week. But everyone should start with 2x and then see how your skin reacts, and adjust from there.
